Each Steel Shield and Steel Shroud

is guaranteed for

*10 years from the date of purchase

for the original purchaser.

If the Steel Shield or Steel Shroud cracks due to faulty Steel or workmanship we will replace it free of charge.

Claims Procedure

	Return the Steel Shield or Steel Shroud to the place of purchase with the original invoice / receipt.
	It will be inspected and if it is considered cracked due to faulty Steel or workmanship we will replace it with a new one free of charge.

Our guarantee is only for the original

purchaser and the original purchase

invoice / receipt must be presented

for a warranty claim.

This is to prove original ownership.

1.	Rust that may occur on the Steel Shield or Steel Shroud due to the external coating being scratched, chipped or damaged by any method.
2.	If the Steel Shield or Steel Shroud has been cut with any type of non-powered or powered cutting tool.
3.	If the Steel Shield or Steel Shroud has been damaged in any other way, by any method.
4.	If sold to a third party our guarantee is null and void for the new owner.

Exclusion From Our Guarantee

We Do Not Guarantee the Padlock, Mild Steel Chain or the High Tensile Chain purchased with the Trailer Wheel Clamp.

Why: We buy the Padlock, Mild Steel Chain and the High Tensile Chain from other companies and these companies do not give a guarantee on these items.
