Think of the Steel Shield as the wheel clamp but unlike other wheel clamps there are no arms that wrap round the width of the tyre. Having arms is why other wheel clamps will only properly fit one tyre width.

The Trailer Wheel Clamp Steel Shield is manufactured from a solid steel plate and the unique shape is cut on a computerised laser cutting machine. It has four specifically placed holes in it. Two at the bottom and two at the top.
These holes are used to place the supplied chain through. The chain is placed through the two bottom holes, under the vehicle's springs or tubular frame and back through the two top holes and locked at the front of the Steel Shield with the supplied padlock.

Designed to fit all diameter and width wheels from the smallest up to the largest wheel used on a boat trailer, jet ski trailer, camper trailer or motorbike trailer without having to adjust anything.
Included with the Supreme, patented Steel Shroud, 10mm (3/8 inch) diameter, Freight 70 High Tensile Chain and an Abus 83/45 padlock.
